Ordering
Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect piece that you'll enjoy for years to come. If you have any questions about fit, measurements, fabric, or other product details, feel free to reach out to ryan@vantacycling.com before placing your order. We're happy to assist.
Please note, if you request to cancel an order (complete or partial) after it has been placed, we may not be able to refund the payment processing fee, which ranges from 2.4% to 3.4% depending on the payment method used.
Shipping
Shipping is free. We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days for addresses within the continental U.S. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information in a confirmation email.
For exchanges, returns, rejected, or returned-to-shipper packages, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
