Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
At Vanta Cycling, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.
However, we understand that sometimes sizing or product issues may arise. If your item is unused, unworn, and still has the original tags attached, we offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:
- Sizing adjustments
- Damaged or defective items
To initiate an exchange request, please contact us at ryan@vantacycling.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Please note:
- All exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
If we are unable to provide a suitable exchange, we will process a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
